COMMUNITY: INCREASES PREMATURE DEATH BENEFIT TO Rs.60,000/-AND
TOTAL Rs.1.35 LAKHS IN CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH.
The
KDO Welfare Association under the able leadership of President :Shri
Padamkumar D.Nagda has
broken all previous records by making 750 New Members during the last one
year maintaining the same Deposit of Rs.2,000/- & Membership Fee of
Rs.200/-.
It has
also Increased the Benefit at the time of Premature Death to Rs.60,000/-
(previously Rs.50,000/-) and Addl. Rs.75,000/- in case of accidental death
(previously it was Rs.40,000/-). The Asscn. has disbursed more than Rs.1 Crore
to 201 Beneficiaries during the last 20 years. It is therefore in the
interest of all KDO Gnatijans under the age of 55
years and their children to enroll in this unique scheme as soon as
possible, if they have not done so far.

Personal Accident coverage up to 100% of policy amount for
policy holder, 50% for spouse and 25% for children
3.
Family is self ,spouse, unmarried unemployed

No Medical check up is required
5.
The premium is eligible for ITax Rebate u/s 80 (D)
6,THE
PREMIUM FOR :
Family in age group of 3 months to 35years: Rs.1200.
Family including
parent in age group of 3 months to 65 years: Rs

Covers Hospitalization for diseases
/Illness/Injuries/Accident requiring minimum of 24 hours hospitalization. No
claim can be made for first 30 days of the policy except on account of
treatment due to accidents. Medical expenses for 30 days pre
hospitalization and 60 post hospitalization are covered.
